Terms of Service — Track2Chat

These Terms govern access to Track2Chat web services and partner portals. Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Harassment, impersonation, exploitation, illegal content, fraudulent payments and attempts to bypass platform safety controls are prohibited. Track2Chat may restrict or terminate accounts to protect members or comply with law. Coins, gifts and other virtual items have no cash value except where an approved host or agency settlement agreement expressly provides otherwise. Partner payouts remain subject to verification, fraud review, applicable tax requirements and the published payout cycle. Users remain responsible for their credentials and activity. Service availability is not guaranteed during maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Disputes should first be raised through the Track2Chat support process. Continued use after a published revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
